Hi this is the first time I have ever had to dispute a refund via PayPal so a little unsure. I opened a claim for 119.99 and when asked if I would accept a partial refund but get to keep the item I entered £100 as I think that's fair for a faulty item. Now when I view the dispute it says it's for the amount of £100 but that was only on the basis of keeping the item and forfeiting the 19.99 as prompted by PayPal. If I return the item will I receive the full transaction amount? Thank you in advance.
