Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I bought a product on Onbuy and it was awful.
The company have offered me a refund (on the onbuy messenger), but it hasn't gone in to my account yet. My Paypal dispute closes in 2 days. Do I escalate it just to keep it open or is it ok for me to close it?
Thanks in advance

ESCALATE IT, if they refunded it would auto close, if you don't then it will time out.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
