Escalate a claim

I have been trying to escalate a claim. I do everything it says but when I get to the bottom of the page as directed there is no option to escalate a claim. I have tried on my phone,P.Cand Ipad. I have phoned but due to Co I’d no one is available. I have tried to message . No response!feeling very frustrated 

 

help plz

Has it been 7 days since you paid?

Only normally the escalate option does not appear until then.

Also which dispute did you open?
