Escalate Case NO Option

Hello,

Despite following the on screen instructions on how to escalate a case in the resolution centre, no option becomes available. I have clicked on "view" etc.

I have been successful previously in escalating cases, so this is very very frustrating. I would really appreciate  it if someone could please help.

Is it over 7 days since you PAID?

Is it a dispute for unauthorised or billing issue or not?
