Error with appeal the outcome form.

Hi,

I would like to appeal the outcome but after I write everything and upload screenshots of proof and press submit I'm getting error: "Let's try that again Looks like something went wrong on our end."

I have tried three days in a row. With different type of text. But nothing.

In few days I will be not able anymore to appeal.

I have already contact PayPal via email but they are sending me only automatic respond without any solution of this error.
