I have a claim going on and gonna end on May 22 I have tries for days to get into the resolution center to see what to do next and it keeps sending me to an error page no matter what I get this error so my claim is gonna close and I can't get no were. I
That's just not set up right cause it only gives me the option of putting a return tracking number in and I just put 0000 and then explained it and they must not read it but it was wrong because they won't take mail to China
