Error message in resolution center/trying to contact seller

I'm trying to open a dispute for a non-received item. The resolution center directs me to contact the seller. When I try to submit a message through the contact page I get the following error:

Let's try that again
Looks like something went wrong on our end.

Unsure how to proceed from here.
