Hi,
My paypal account was limited last year and I had some money inside. All efforts to add my visa card to it so I can get my money out has been Mission Impossible.
"There's problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly." is the error I continually encounter each time I try to add my card to the account.
Can I get any help on this issue?
What I have done so far
1. Sent a message via the message center (No response)
2. Sent a message to paypal.com/askpaypal (Agent asked me to wait for a specialist to come handle it and it's been weeks now)
3. The community channel which I'm using now
