Error Message when trying to accept partial refund to resolve dispute

Hi When I click to accept a partial refund from a seller to resolve a dispute I continually get an error message saying sorry something went wrong please try again with an exclamation mark inside a red triangle.  Have tried putting message to seller as it wouldn't work without this but still not successful.

I am having this problem and my time to accept the partial refund expires 2/11/20.  Did anyone have any luck resolving it.  I tried calling PayPal but keep getting canned answers and none of them pertain to my issue.

I’m also having this issue and can’t get hold of PayPal!
