Trying to pay for Ebay item but error 5100144 appearing. Logged onto PayPal account and submitted required actions (photo, ID showing address and identity check). Now (12 hours later) says PayPal are reviewing ... does anyone have any experience as to how long it takes for this to be resolved and account limitations removed?
