Entries through my credit card via Paypal BUT the card is not one I have on Paypal

Good morning

I have had my credit card hit with 3 transactions each one getting larger as they are debited. Seems like fraud.  They say they are pay-pal transactions BUT this card is not on my pay-pal account.  Any ideas?

If your debit or credit card was used to purchase items online and NOT via your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because it was bought as a 'guest buyer'.
However the seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
