Hi, I bought some dresses from a chinese website. Using paypal. Half of the dresses arrived. The other half not, after 2,5 months. The ones that arrived looked like plastic garbage bags. I had paid 211 dollars 😞 I opened a paypal money claim. Paypal replied that i was entitled for a refund but i should make an official report to my country and also send the items back to the seller. I replied that i cant send the items back since i didnt have them all delivered yet. Then paypal closed my case without me getting a refund cause they said I didnt do what i was advised to do on time. Is this a joke????? Plus, the website i bought the items from, is now not existing Can you please help me? I never expected such an unprofessional treatment by paypal. I am in shock.
