I had purchased a  knife from the above company using paypal. Got no response after transaction  and no shipping information. 

Opened up a dispute and went with a claim. I could not contact company, tried to find them in it came out as a totally different sight. 

They gave paypal a shipping tracking number saying it was shipped and that I received a 12lb package in two days. Never happened, my package would weigh under a pound.

Paypal took their word for it, i dont think they contacted them to see if they even sold me a knife or if they exist at all. 

Need some direction to go, I am out 114 dollars

APPEAL

To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment. Or one that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.

When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, however that may not be an option at the moment due to covid), or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.

You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you.

Sounds very similar to my situation...ordered a playset that was supposed to be 99.00 was 114 and some change....ordered from a link that took me to a site called lizzuit.com but after ordering could not find the product even listed on the website. I was never provided shipping or tracking or order confination or invoice of anything. The phone number listed for customer service on the website is diconnected. They dont respond to email. After opening a case with paypal I am now seeing a Tracking number they were able to obtain and it says my package was delivered in 2 days and weighed .30 yet this was a HUGE outdoor playset and would have weighed much much more. And I never received anything even though there is a driver confirmed delivery confirmation that says it was left on the front porch (the porch that doesn't exist) ....something very shady going on with this company and Ups. My case hasn't been resolved yet but idk how to fight something they are lying about yet seem to have proof of!
