Endless identity loop bug

Having a problem with my paypal account for sending and receiving money, within the last week my account has lost the ability to access my bank account and I have been given the alert "Provide more information to hold a balance" on my summary screen, but upon clicking the link I get the message "We verified your identity Your account has been restored. You're all set." but nothing changes, my account is still limited and cannot hold a balance. Please help me, anything would be appreciated.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
