Is anyone else receiving emails stating that X amount of money used for a purchase but it doesn't come up on account and you know you didn't make any purchases? I have been trying to reach a real person via account but it's impossible!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
