Emails say I purchased something, its been billed to my account, I know its a scam!!!

Is or has anyone else gotten emails stating that they have made a purchase for an amount of money?

Says that if you havent and want to dispute it, to click on the link provided.

Im trying to report the email on paypal, but dont know where to do so.

I dont want anyone to fall prey to this so if you can help let me know?
