Paypal isn't answering the email nor there telephone number of customer service is working in Hong Kong. How can we contact and ask to remove the limitation and what's the best to contact them ?
I've got the same issues. The system said they shall answer my messages in a few hours, it's already been a few days but I still haven't got anyone response to my questions yet. I wish there's a customer service hotline or direct email for assistance here in Hong Kong.
