My old PayPal email address got hacked, how do I now log in to that old account and delete the card so I can use it on my new account, I have forgotten the password and cannot reset due to email being hacked
Forget it .. Paypal NEVER closes an account .. They just collect information but you will never know what that is ..GOOD LUCK
