Kindly assist, I just woke up today and found my PayPal account is limited permanently. I had four secondary emails added in this account. I'd like to know the possible solution to removing the emails from the account.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
