PayPal is asking me to resolve limitations on my account by confirming my email ID but there is no button present next to the email ID to send a confirmation mail. I tried adding a secondary ID but that didn't work either.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
