Email For PayPal Needed

I thought I’d posted this but I can’t find it. I can’t call and talk due to disability I need a PayPal representative to message me. A dispute was settled but the amount was deducted again.  I proved the company shipped to me twice and both returned yet only one was credited. The withdrawal caused me major banking issues so I need help quickly.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thank you. I tried Facebook but only got a canned reply. I found a page to email them but no response yet.

When you get a canned reply it often comes up with 'did this answer your question' if you click NO then you normally get a live agent.

I did the x1 i used it.

Nothing but those canned messages. No response to my email yet
