I purchased a battery operated pruning shears that was advertised on Facebook for my 66 year old wife that has arthritis in her hands. When they arrived I thought it must have been a mistake because it was simply a pair of hand pruners. I have been trying now for many weeks to get a refund for this scam. How in the heck do you expect me to send a $42.00 pair of pruners to China and I pay the shipping. The math does not add up for me. After filing a complain and going through all of the stuff with PayPal it seems they will not support me.
So if anyone is purchasing anything from a Chinese Company called JIADI Co Ltd through PayPal be careful because apparently you are on your own.
