Editing amount of money in a dispute.

Hi

How do I change the amount of refund requested in an open dispute?

Myself and the seller have agreed on a lower amount than I originally requested, but they want me to change it on the ticket.

Any ideas?

Why don't they just issue you with a part refund and then you can close the dispute?

Closing disputes for sellers:

If you’re a seller you will not be able to close claims filed against you. Instead you’ll have the option to offer a full or partial refund to resolve them:

• If you offer a full refund the dispute or claim will be closed immediately
• If you offer a partial refund the buyer must agree before the dispute can be closed.

They said they would, but it would be quicker if I did that.  They sent me a separate email saying the same thing.
