Hi all, I hope you might be able to help me out. I've been in correspondence with an ebay seller I'd recently purchased a motorcycle gas tank from. As it turned out the gas tank I ordered was not the one I received. They were kind enough to offer me a full refund for the item plus the shipping cost of sending it back. I have since received the refund for the tank but not for the return shipping. It's been a few weeks now and although they are saying they've paid, I don't see the amount in my Paypal account. They have supplied me with a 'reference number' but I can't seem to find any info on where/who I can give this to to find out the status of my refund. I hope this makes sense. Is anyone able to shed some light on the situation? Thanks, Callum
