Today, April 30th I finally received my ebay item. After waiting for delivery of my March 14th purchase for 6 1/2 weeks I see that the seller sent the wrong item.
I contacted ebay and they said all transactions go through paypal regardless if you paid by your credit card and directed me to paypal, but the item is not there and I could find no way to speak to an agent.
Please tell me how I can file a paypal claim to get this resolved
