Hi everyone IVe bought a laptop replacement screen last week on ebay , but it was damaged and broken by shipping , i guess. The seller has contacted ebay for this , and told me to get refund from ebay. Contacted ebay for this ,they say they cant open a refund for this , because ive bought it on the Belgiums Ebay website, the item was on uk Ebay. ebay told me to contact paypal for this. Not sure if they can do anything for me , i have to wait till monday because call center is closed during weekend. Does anyone had experienced this ? Or should i ask the seller to get refund from the shipping company? Thanks Kind regards, Yip Lambert
