I won a bid on eBay and make the payment by echeck by accident. After contacting the seller, he asked for a cancellation of this order. I respond yes but the echeck payment is still pending.
Should I be waiting for its clearing and ask for a refund or can I just cancel it before the clearing?
I also want to ask what will happen at the clearing date that the bank account is insufficient?
