Hey J purchased an item with ebay guest account, and i paid eith credit card, because i dont have a paypal account. The item came far off shat the seller described and i wanted to open a dispute through paypal. I contacted paypal about the issue, but they asking for a confirmation id which came to my email. But i checked everything, but i couldnt find it. I only have the order number and other informstions, but not the c. id. What should i do?
