I was informed by Ebay that a listing I had just purchased and paid for may be compromised. The listing was removed and order cancelled. What are my next steps? I have sent an email to seller via Ebay, no reply as yet. I did ask Paypal to stop transaction and return my money. All they said was my account was secure. Ebay when I try to access there money back guarantee keep referring me back to a Paypal. Who have closed my case and say I should contact seller which I have. I feel like piggy in the middle. How can Ebay cancel an order without informing Paypal it is not logical.What are my next steps? Who do I keep pestering for an answer? Any help or guidance for an elderly gent would be appreciated. My Wife will not be amused if I tell her of occurrences or order for that matter!
