Hoping someone can shine some light on the issue I seem to be having with Ebay/Paypal refund to a seller. I sold a Silk Pashmina to a woman, and posted it last week. She mailed me advising that she didn't receive the item. I checked my Paypal account a short while later, and it was a negative balance of £21.97 (the price of the scarf minus the fees Ebay charge). When I checked what this was, it was the buyers name.
Today, she has opened a case about the scarf asking for a refund, which I clicked refund - So does this mean she's now been refunded twice? I'm so confused!
