Hi, I sold an expensive Louis vuitton bag on ebay (£860) and posted it to Sweden. I added the tracking number and it shows item is in transit still. Buyer said they havent received their purchase and ebay automatically refunded the buyer. Now Im at a loss... am I covered by paypal in any way?

Yes. If you provide paypal with tracking info & when the item is delivered, they will credit your paypal account, regardless if the buyer has the money in his or not. Or they're supposed to. But these days, paypal equally screws over sellers in favour of buyers all the time. Even when buyers return expensive items they claim they don't want, with a box containing something of similar weight inside.
