Hi I sold something on ebay but the seller has claimed it turned up damaged. It was sent through eBays global shipping program. They told me to ask for photos but buyer didn't respond. He since escalated the case through PayPal. If I offer a refund and ask him to send the item back can I claim compensation if the item is damaged. In the PayPal report he just says that it isn't working. He doesn't mention the damaged package. I'm not too sure what to do as the item was quite expensive and don't want to lose both item and the refunded money. Thank you for your help
