I bought $995 item on Ebay using PayPal for added security. The item was told twice to me that it was 28 x 28 x 44. It was LESS than 14 x 14 x 14. Ebay sent a return lable...but nothing was being done - so I contacted PayPal. Then Ebay closed the case since I contacted PayPal. PayPal said I didn't send all info they requested (BUT I DID)...and they closed the case too. You cannot speak with anyone at either site. So...Now the seller has his item back...and also kept the $995 I paid. I will never use PayPal or Ebay again. I am 72 yr old widow with handicapped child to care for & this was clearly fraud. I am sick over this & now have some serious medical condition due to the stress from the past 3 months I have been dealing with this. Anyone have any ideas?
