After a frustrating interraction with the seller, Ebay found the case in my favour and accepted my return. The seller delayed further, and finally the refund was issued after having to get ebay to step in again. That was in december and i just noticed that the refund is stil pending! How do I go about getting the money released? As you might imagine, the seller is not being helpful 😞
