Hi..

i bought Netgear M1 trough ebay malaysia and im paid using my debit card to seller paypal account. the seller use fake tracking number. when i try to make dispute on paypal they keep asking me to select transaction on paypal account which is not recorded on my paypal account because im paid using my debit card. how to solve this problem as paypal didnt help much and keep sending same massage.

Contact customer service to open a dispute for you with the receipt ID number from the email PayPal sent you after you made purchase:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
