So I'm fairly new to selling on eBay, and I was processing a return for an item I sold and mistakenly gave him the full return before the item had been shipped. The buyer now is not retiring calls or messages. What should I do?
Sorry nothing paypal can do for you as you should never refund until you have received the item back again.
I'm so sorry to hear this. Based on the information provided, it sounds like you accidentally issued a buyer a full refund without the return of the merchandise. As a result, PayPal would consider the matter fully resolved. If you would like the buyer to return the merchandise to you, you will need to arrange this directly with the buyer. My apologies for any inconvenience that this experience has caused. 😞
