Hi,
I bought an item through Ebay and paid for it immediately.
A few days later, I got an email from Ebay, saying that they have cancelled the item because there was fraudulent activity on the sellers account, Ebay advised me to contact the seller for a refund, which I have but if Ebay themselves have cancelled the item..why has my money not been returned immediately. I tried to use the Ebay resolution centre but it says that Paypal have said that the resolution centre cannot be used. So how do I get my money back? The sum is showing as 'pending' in my activity but it isnt giving me the option to cancel the purchase. I really dont know what to do and would be grateful for any help? Thank you
