EU Limits - Can't receive money?

I've been sent money to help with my cancer treatment. However due to the amount I was asked to confirm my identity and PayPal says they'll take 2-4 working days to process my information. Will I have to request the donor to send the money again or once they're through with the processing of my identity the money will automatically go through? Thanks!

I am currently in the same predicament. I sent all the necessary documents yesterday, raised a ticket in their resolution center and still no response. 

I need the money being sent to me urgently and this is extremely frustrating to say the least.

Was your issue resolved? And how long did it take?
