Hi. I purchased an item on Ebay. It has arrived damaged and is not the same as in the item’s picture (and no caveat to this effect in the description). I have been given a refund for the item but not the postage (much larger than the item value). I cannot do anything on EBay as I am told the item has been refunded (but not in total). Ebay Customer Services have told me to raise a dispute through PayPal (despite the purchase being done through a card payment on EBay). Naturally, the item in question does not appear in my PayPal history. I’d appreciate any advice on what do to next. Thanks!
