EBAY item lost in mail Refunded buyer as asked by EBAY BUYER GETS ITEM 30 days later signs for it. Now buyer has item from me plus his full refund of $260.00 and I am out $260.00 for the sale as being the seller.
Send the buyer a money request stating as they had now received the goods you would like to be paid.
If they don't then have you got such a thing as a small claims court in your country that you can file in? If the buyer knows you may do that it may encourage him to pay.
