Duplicate Charge by PayPal

I bought a book from Complete Digital Services through the JV Market Place on the 27th Oct 2020. I was charged twice as I received two receipts one was carrying 26th and the other 27th which is the correct date of purchase. I also received two debit alerts from my bank. I contacted seller and I was told to contact PayPal as they only received one payment. I did contacted PayPal through the Resolution center but the case was closed on the 30th with no refund. I opened another case on the second debit but since PayPal says they are awaiting response from seller. The seller's email on the receipt is not working and that is the one PayPal used in contacting them. I got their correct email from their Facebook fan page and I don't know how I can get this correct email address to Paypal.
