Hello,
I make a payment to AliExpress from PayPal and the total amount was ~15$ and I had only ~13$ in Balance,
Then I selected to pay ~13$ from Paypal Balance and the remaining ~2$ from my Visa Card.
Anyhow after the transaction completed, my PayPal balance was 0$ and ~15$ ( total amount ) charged from my VISA Card.
It's been 4 days I created a case but still no response, AliExpress seller is holding the order till the case is clearing.
Anyone can help what I should do next?
