I bought a  decorative Christmas tree with lights and a train and received a small wooden train worth a £1 PayPal do not refund your money as the seller says they have sent the item and you are stuck with a cheap and nasty wooden train for £30. And just to let you know that the Radley London site advertising wholesale Radley bags are NOT RADLEY LONDON. This is another Chinese company that is scamming you and the chances of getting a refund from paypay or them is nil

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

Have you opened a dispute for item received but not as described?

Have you activated the return shipping link in case you are asked to return the item for a refund?
