Has anyone had any dealings with this co? Ive purchased but now worried about it being a scam after reading a lot on the forums? Will i be protected by PayPal? Can i cancel my order via PayPal as the money has not been taken yet from my bank account, its just been authorised

It makes me realise that we will not be using PayPal for our business as it clearly supports fraudulent companies, we opened a dispute and lost, They are clearly making alot of money and so are PayPal !!! Shame on you PayPal !!! WARNING DO NOT USE PAYPAL FOR YOUR BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!!!

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?
You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item OR service
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website
By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.
If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. Paypal will review the claim and decide on reimbursement.
These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.
To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.
Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute
DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.
If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
If you lose because seller provides a fake tracking number (likely) then post back for more advice.
If the item arrives and its tat the make sure you CHANGE the dispute quickly before it closes to 'not as described'.

I order a doll with Liberty clothing...what I received is a joke cheap stuffed toy , I open a dispute and their saying If I return the item and pay for the postage they will refund me, I can't even respond because there is something wrong with the resolution centre
Why fo paypal allow this to keep happening

This guy is running a scam sells you a expensive item send you a cheap one knowing full well that it is very slow process to receive your money back , drags it out as long as possible hoping that you will go away or PayPal will rule in his favour . If PayPal doesn't do something about this guy it makes them as guilty as him

I just got scammed from this company. Please please people do not purchase anything from them. It seems you only get a plushy toy that is not equal to what you pay. I have got the run arund from them and they keep offering a small amount to go away. Not happening. Have escalated to PAYPAL. All I or anyone else can do is put it out there to people not to buy, This company should be banned from being able to be paid through paypal.

Good Luck. Paypal seem oblivious to this company- i escalated and they found in their favour! In the end I raised a dispute with my crefit card company and so far, the money is back in my account not this bunch of crooks
