I purchased 2 each of the Smart Motorcycle helmets, for 79$ us, and then received what i can only describe as 2 small children bicycle helmets. contacted seller and they were "oh so sorry" "we make right" then they offer 17$ refund. Now as i found by all the posts here, this company has quite the history of this kind of scam. Why does Paypal allow fund transfers to this company? Is there not some sort of watchdog service that they should b providing before the fact?
