Dspute a payment and resolution center loop

Hi community,

 

i have made a payment to seller's paypal account, and the seller's webpage is n/a anymore. I have opened an issue in the resolution center and they closed the issue, stating that payment was legal. I am trying to escalte the issue, eligible for buyer protection and the resolution center cannot move on screenss,stating that the issue is completed. is this buyer's protection, according to Paypal then? What can i do next?

Which dispute did you open?

 

Non receipt of item...because you didn't get your item.

Item received but not as described...if you got it but its damaged or tat.

Unauthorised...your paypal account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction?

I opened "Unauthorised...", but now i want to escalate it to "Non receipt of item" and i cannot!!!!
