I bought merchandise back in May 10 - never have received it. In July I said I wanted a refund. They contacted the seller from China, and they said they shipped it. So I waited. Got the tracking number and the idiots shipped it to another state! I have tried to contact pay pal texting and they won't respond. I am so frustrated. $57. may not be a lot to some, but it is a tank of gas!
Is this impossible? Who else can I talk to file complaint against Pay Pal for not giving me a refund? The seller has **bleep** me over.
