You always say not to drop the dispute if the company requires that for your refund. I’m dealing with a company that won’t issue me a refund unless I drop my dispute.
I’ve repeatedly told them no but they insist. My bank is willing to chargeback the money but I said not to.
How do I get this company to respond to you and give me my money back?
