Don’t know if I’m being scammed or not HELP

It says on my PayPal app that I received a estimate for 6,000.00 USD and I got a email aswell, and there’s a note from him saying $500 Bitcoin is required to complete this transaction so your money can reflect on your PayPal balance. Is this a scam?

Definitely scam.

You shouldn't pay any bitcoins to someone to get funds.

Fake paypal emails, sellers do not have to pay upfront to receive payments.

Also paypal do not tell you to use another payment processor.
