I move to China to work for a year and need to move money back to my UK account but I don't have any of the necessary documents for the address as I don't pay bills of any sort, have a national ID nor can I get a statement from the bank with my address on it because of security reasons apparently. I have tried emailing to get it resolved but they just send me to the account limitations of the help section. I can provide and have tried to send documents for my rental agreement with my address on it and temporary residence form from the police station as proof but nothing happens.
Can someone help me out?
